Assistant Activity Director/CNA

At Mission Pines Nursing & Rehab Center, we pride ourselves on the exceptional care we provide for both our residents AND our staff. We are currently seeking a dedicated Assistant Activity Director/CNA to join our outstanding and growing team!
Key Responsibilities:
Plans and oversees a calendar of recreation activities for our residents
Create activities that enrich our residents lives with physical and cognitive exercise and socialization
Manages, coordinates and communicates with 12 support staff members (activity assistants)
Ensure staff and participants are following all safety protocols
Submitting budget reccommedations for any equipment and supplies needed for activities

Requirements:
CNA certification in NV
Strong communication, interpersonal skills and conflict management a plus!
Certification preferred
2+ years of experience in a healthcare facility or related setting
