VC Analyst @ Hitachi Ventures in Boston, MA

We are looking for an Venture Analyst to join Hitachi Ventures in our Boston office . We are a Corporate Venture Capital firm that invests in exciting early-stage startups that can benefit from the reach and scale that Hitachi offers as a potential partner – creating win-win opportunities . We have a broad investment mandate in both stage and sector, with a particular interest in supporting strong entrepreneurs driving social good . If you’re passionate about startups at the intersection of AI, climate, and industry, have a strong aptitude for assessing complex digital solutions , and are eager to collaborate with innovative minds in the startup community, this role could be the perfect fit. Based in our Boston office, you will have the opportunity to participate in all aspects of the venture capital process .

Support the deal cycle from sourcing to exit Identify and screen investment opportunities with a focus on AI forward solutions Conduct in-depth market analysis, market sizing, industry and sector analysis, competitive positioning, technical feasibility, and other areas critical to investment evaluation Support efforts to deliver an outside-in view of markets and tech to Hitachi business leaders Support the creation and maintenance of tools that help continuously improve our operationsQUALIFICATIONS
1- 3 years of professional experience with a preference for VC, Consulting, or Startups in the industrial or climate sector with an emphasis on digital/ Gen AI enablement Require at least Bachelor degree with preference for a Masters degree Outstanding analytical skills, detail-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated Demonstrated excitement related to the entrepreneurial ecosystem #J-18808-Ljbffr VC StackVacancy posted 1 day ago
