Key responsibilities of the Assistant Project Manager include: Assist with the overall administration and execution of a ground-up high-rise project. Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation. Support contract administration and subcontractor management. Coordinate with ownership, architects, engineers, consultants, and trade partners. Track project budgets, forecasts, schedules, and procurement activities. Utilize Procore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, or similar construction management software. Key requirements of the Assistant Project Manager include: Experience working for a national general contractor on ground-up construction projects. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Strong understanding of construction documents, contracts, and project controls. Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office Suite, and scheduling software.
