The Business Operations Specialist will report directly to the Manager of Business Operations. The ideal candidate will be a collaborative, forward thinker who is proactive and passionate about Operational process improvement. Expected Start Date: September 2024 Responsibilities Execute on implemented Sales Operations processes Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales initiatives and process improvements Monitor CRM data for multiple Business Development partners Contribute to the development and enhancement of forecasting and orders review process Assist in resolving sales operations issues and inquiries. Play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of CRM data Assist in responding to all RFQs and send quotes directly to customers as needed Develop and maintain Sales Orders in SAP Assist in the processing of reseller agreements, NDAs, and compliance forms Other duties as assigned Additional Desired Attributes and Skills Proficiency in CRM software and sales technology tools, specifically Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics Direct Government contracting experience Physical Requirements Ability to sit for extended periods while working on a computer and attending virtual or in-person meetings. Frequent use of hands for typing, handling documents, and operating computer equipment. Good vision and hearing for effective communication, data analysis, and reviewing documents. Ability to lift and carry materials weighing up to 15 pounds. Ability to move around office areas, including bending, stooping, and reaching. Capability to handle high levels of stress and maintain focus during complex operational tasks and interactions with various teams. Ability to travel occasionally (up to 10%), which may involve extended periods of standing, walking, and carrying luggage. Bachelor’s degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field is a plus. 2+ years of experience in a similar role, executing on tactical tasks daily Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) Proven expertise in Excel with ability to analyze and manipulate data Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency Some travel required (up to 10%) #J-18808-Ljbffr
