Financial Services Talent Acquisition Advisor

Our client, a large financial services company, is seeking an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Advisor for a 6+ month contract assignment in Charlotte, NC. This role is fully onsite. The Senior Talent Acquisition Advisor performs activities related to the entire hiring cycle, including recruiting, talent evaluation and screening, job advertising and posting, talent prospecting, talent staffing and planning. Under limited supervision, job focuses on attracting the right talent for the organization's programs and mentors lower-level team members on best practices for talent acquisition.
