Business Manager

Our client, a leading technology company, is seeking a Business Manager. This position will align with the Business Operations team supporting organizational initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, proactive problem-solving, and adaptability, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Business Manager
Location:  Redmond, WA
Pay Range: $34-$37/hr
Duration: 9 months (potential to extend)

What's the Job?

• Support business operations initiatives including budget tracking, purchase order management, and resource planning
• Create executive presentations, leadership communications, and all-hands content to enhance organizational messaging and engagement
• Coordinate the Aspire rotational program, support team events, and manage logistics
• Rebuild and maintain a SharePoint site to ensure resources and documentation are well organized and accessible
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, track deliverables, and improve operational processes for efficiency

What's Needed?

• 5-7 years of experience in business operations, program management, or related roles
• Proven experience managing budgets, purchase orders, and financial processes
• Strong skills in creating executive presentations and leadership communications
• Experience with SharePoint site creation, maintenance, and content management
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects effectively
