Key Responsibilities\n

• Maintain meticulous and confidential clinical records following HIPAA standards, ensuring ethical practice and regulatory compliance in your documentation.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and other mental health professionals, to deliver comprehensive and integrated care to clients.

• Engage in regular case consultations and peer supervision sessions to enhance service delivery and share knowledge with colleagues.

• Provide education and support to clients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment options, and community resources that foster coping and recovery.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• An active license to practice in your area—this could include Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Social Worker - R Privilege (LCSW-R), or Licensed Psychoanalyst.
