State Farm Insurance Agency seeks an Insurance Licensed Customer Retention/Service Rep-State Farm Agent Team Member to support existing customers and grow the agency through value-based conversations with clients. Inbound/outbound calls, relationship maintenance, and proactive outreach drive retention and sales. Licensing is a plus but not mandatory; learning attitude and coachability are valued.
