We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Insurance Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. No prior insurance experience is required, as we provide all the training you need to succeed. This role offers a base hourly of $19.00 - $21.00 per hour, with additional income opportunities through commission and bonus incentives. There is also potential for career progression to a Team Lead position.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to all clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term retention.
• Assist in identifying opportunities for cross-selling additional insurance products.
• Participate in weekly training and development sessions.
• Contribute to a positive and competitive office environment.

Requirements

• Bilingual, fluent in both English and Spanish is required.
• MUST be licensed.
• Enthusiastic and self-driven with a strong desire to succeed.
