We are currently seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to join the Miraval team. This position supports the planning, execution, optimization, and reporting of marketing initiatives that drive qualified demand, direct engagement, and measurable hotel performance across Miraval Tucson, Miraval Austin, and Miraval Berkshires. The role also assists with organic social media execution, CRM creative development, and cross‑channel campaign coordination to ensure a cohesive guest experience across all digital touchpoints. This role partners closely with the Area Director of Hotel Performance & Digital Marketing, property Marketing Managers, the Area Director of Brand Marketing, Content & Partnerships, Hyatt enterprise digital and CRM teams, agencies, Revenue Management, Sales, and Reservations to ensure digital campaigns are accurate, optimized, and connected to commercial priorities. Miraval America includes Miraval Tucson in the Sonoran Desert, Miraval Austin in Texas Hill Country, and Miraval Berkshires in Lenox, Massachusetts. The organization is designed to connect brand storytelling, digital demand generation, property marketing execution, and commercial performance across all three destination wellness resorts. Essential Functions Digital Campaign Execution & Optimization Support execution of paid search, paid social, display, video, metasearch, Performance Max, retargeting, and emerging digital campaigns across Miraval America. Coordinate campaign briefs, audiences, offer details, tracking needs, creative assets, landing pages, and launch timelines with agencies, Hyatt partners, and property teams. Ensure all digital campaigns align with Miraval brand standards, offer requirements, property needs, and Hyatt enterprise guidance. Support the creation, scheduling, publishing, and optimization of organic social media content across Miraval America social channels in collaboration with property Marketing Managers and the Area Director of Brand Marketing, Content & Partnerships. Coordinate social content calendars to align with campaign launches, seasonal promotions, brand initiatives, and resort priorities. Website, Landing Page & Conversion Support Partner with property Marketing Managers and Hyatt digital teams to maintain accurate, current, and conversion‑focused website content, landing pages, offer pages, campaign pages, and digital merchandising. Assist with A/B testing, messaging tests, audience tests, creative tests, and landing page enhancements to improve engagement and direct response. Identify digital friction points, content gaps, tracking issues, and merchandising opportunities that could affect guest conversion. Measurement, Reporting & Insights Support recurring marketing performance reporting across channels, campaigns, properties, audiences, creative, landing pages, and funnel metrics. Track KPIs including impressions, clicks, CTR, CPC, CPA, CPL, conversion rate, availability checks, inquiries, revenue, iROAS, marketing efficiency ratio, engagement quality. Track and report on organic social media performance, audience growth, engagement, and campaign effectiveness while identifying opportunities for optimization. Translate reporting into clear insights, next steps, and business impact summaries for marketing leaders and property teams. Support tagging, UTM governance, tracking validation, dashboard inputs, and attribution improvements in partnership with Hyatt and agency resources. Maintain organized records of campaign results, tests, learnings, creative performance, and optimization actions. Creative, Content & Cross-Functional Coordination Partner with the Area Director of Brand Marketing, Content & Partnerships and property Marketing Managers to ensure digital creative, copy, landing experiences, and social content reflect Miraval voice and campaign objectives. Assist in the development and coordination of creative assets for CRM marketing, including email campaigns, promotional messaging, and supporting visual content that aligns with campaign objectives and brand standards. Partner with property marketing teams to ensure email creative, campaign assets, and messaging are delivered accurately and on schedule. Coordinate digital asset needs with creative, content, brand, agency, and property stakeholders. Support creative requests across digital channels, including social media, CRM, paid media, website updates, and campaign landing pages. Coordinate production timelines with designers, copywriters, agencies, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely campaign execution. Share performance learnings that help inform future content, creative direction, messaging, and audience development. Collaborate with Sales, Revenue Management, Reservations, and property teams to ensure digital campaigns reflect current business needs and operational details. Hands‑on experience supporting paid search, paid social, organic social media management, display, video, metasearch, campaign trafficking, CRM marketing, landing pages, analytics, or agency coordination. Experience with Google Ads, Meta, Google Analytics 4, Looker Studio or related dashboards, CMS tools, project management platforms, social media scheduling tools, and campaign reporting preferred. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, Communications, Hospitality, or related field preferred. Experience in luxury hospitality, wellness, travel, lifestyle, or resort marketing strongly preferred. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and identify practical optimization opportunities. Detail‑oriented execution with strong project management, campaign coordination, and deadline management skills. Clear communication skills with the ability to translate digital performance into straightforward business recommendations. Strong understanding of digital channels, conversion funnels, media metrics, landing page best practices, and tracking requirements. Experience creating, scheduling, and optimizing organic social media content using enterprise social publishing platforms such as Sprout Social, Sprinklr, Hootsuite, or similar tools. Familiarity with CRM marketing and email creative development, including collaborating on campaign assets, messaging, and promotional content. Strong eye for creative execution and attention to brand consistency across digital channels. Ability to work effectively with agencies, property teams, brand leaders, Hyatt enterprise partners, CRM teams, and cross‑functional stakeholders.
