Telecom Customer Success Coordinator

Location: Remote (US BASED)
Schedule * Monday - Friday
* 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (MST) About the Role Unity Communications is seeking a Telecom Customer Success Coordinator to support business wireless operations across U.S. telecom carriers.
This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, customer-focused, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment where accuracy and efficiency are essential. Responsibilities * Process new wireless activations, upgrades, and account modifications.
* Support telecom sales teams with customer account setup and order processing.
* Manage device orders, exchanges, returns, and customer requests.
* Handle billing inquiries and customer escalations.
* Maintain accurate documentation and service tickets.
* Ensure all tasks are completed within established Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Qualification * High School Diploma or GED.
* 1-2 years of experience in Order Processing, Customer Service, Telecom Support, or related roles.
* Strong Microsoft Office and computer skills.
* Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Benefits * Competitive salary
