This role sits on the Customer Success team with close partnership across Marketing, Sales, and Product. The Role We're seeking a Customer Success Coordinator to keep brand accounts moving — owning the day-to-day execution that gets students recruited, work reviewed, and campaigns delivered on time. This role is the operational core of how HFC delivers for brands. You'll review submissions against brand briefs, recruit and follow up with student participants, collect and verify live content links, and build the tasks that turn a brand brief into completed work. It's high-volume, fast-turnaround, and standards-driven: when it's done well, students get paid on time, brands see momentum, and the team stays focused on relationships and growth. What You'll Do microGIG Submission Review: Review student submissions against the brief and approve, request revisions, or reject. Apply consistent quality standards and flag edge cases to CS rather than guessing. Participant Recruiting: Source and invite students into open microGIGs based on brand fit and requirements. Follow up with students who haven't accepted or started, and backfill drop-offs to keep GIGs fully staffed. Content Link Collection: Chase and confirm live links for published content across platforms. Verify links are live, correct, and attached to the right submission, and escalat e unresponsive students after standard follow-up. Task Creation & Management: Build and assign participant tasks from brand briefs. Keep task details, deadlines, and deliverables accurate in the platform, and update or close tasks as scope shifts. Account Support & Risk Flagging: Keep account records and trackers current. Surface risks early — stalled GIGs, unresponsive participants, brands going quiet. Be proactive about identifying problems and implementing solutions. What We're Looking For 1–3 years of experience in operations, coordination, customer support, or community management — ideally at a marketplace, creator platform, or high-growth consumer company. Extremely reliable and responsive; this role is critical for student and brand deadlines. Strong written communication — a lot of this job is clear follow-up with students and brands. Detail-oriented and genuinely comfortable with repetitive operational work at scale. Good judgment on when to make a decision and when to escalat. Comfortable in a dashboard, spreadsheets, Slack, and within AI tools. Bonus: experience with creator or influencer programs, marketplace operations, or campus and student communities.
