Accounts Receivable Analyst Houston, TX | 100% Onsite $31.25 - $ 36.65/hr . Contract Opportunity (3-4 Months) with Strong Potential for Permanent Hire Immediate Opening A growing energy and industrial services organization is urgently seeking an Accounts Receivable Analyst to join its accounting team due to continued business growth and increased billing volume. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced AR professional looking to get their foot in the door with a highly respected employer that offers outstanding long-term potential. What You'll Do Manage customer invoicing, cash application, collections, and account reconciliations Research and resolve billing discrepancies while partnering with operations and internal stakeholders Support month-end close activities and AR reporting Monitor aging accounts and drive timely collection efforts Work within Oracle Fusion to support project billing and accounts receivable functions Qualifications Minimum 3+ years of accounting or accounts receivable experience Oracle Fusion experience is highly preferred Experience within Oil & Gas, Energy, Industrial Services, or related industries preferred Strong Excel skills and attention to detail Proactive communicator with a problem-solving mindset Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is a plus Why Apply?
