Job Title
Managing and Direct Accounts Receivable Needs
Essential Functions
Managing and directing Accounts Receivable needs with customers at the site level
Ensuring timely reporting for all Accounts Receivable information
Completing monthly reconciliation of accounts by researching and resolving past due accounts issues related to credits | write-off | overpayment | underpayments
Coordinating the set-up of customers in Accounting and Billing software
Updating account status records, customers terms with pre-approved authority
Clarifying any questions pertaining to invoices received by the customer
Maintaining accurate paperwork and job files to facilitate a smooth transition to other departments
Respecting confidentiality in discussing pricing and other business-related practices
Monitoring customers' accounts on a daily basis to identify outstanding terms
Corresponding customers via email and phone to collect past due payments
Preparing AR aging reports for collection activities and progress for Finance and Management teams
Other duties as assigned
Location: The Woodlands, TX
Compensation: $25.00 - $30.00
Skills & Abilities
Education: Associate's Degree (two year college or technical school) Preferred, Field of Study: Accounting or Finance
Experience: 1-year collections or general accounting experience
Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Excel
Work Environment: Work conditions are normal for an office environment.
