Experienced Mazda Service Advisor

Location: Brooklyn, NY Job Type: Full-Time Department: Service Bay Ridge Mazda is seeking an experienced, customer-focused Service Advisor to join our fast‑paced service team in Brooklyn. This full‑time opportunity is for someone who thrives in a busy service drive, enjoys helping customers, and takes pride in delivering a smooth and professional service experience. We are looking for someone who communicates clearly, stays organized under pressure, and works well as part of a structured, team‑oriented environment. What You’ll Do Greet customers professionally and create a welcoming first impression. Listen carefully to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle issues. Write repair orders, provide service estimates, and present recommended maintenance. Communicate clearly with customers throughout the repair process. Work closely with technicians to ensure repairs are completed correctly and on time. Follow up with customers after service to ensure satisfaction and build long‑term relationships. Maintain a clean and organized workstation while following Mazda service processes. Help the service team achieve daily and monthly performance goals. Requirements 3+ years of service advisor or customer‑facing automotive experience preferred. Mazda or other OEM dealership experience is a strong plus. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Professional demeanor with the ability to stay calm and organized in a busy environment. Comfortable using dealership DMS and scheduling systems (Reynolds experience is a plus). Valid driver’s license and clean driving record. Ability to work full‑time, including Saturdays.
