Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to accurately identify the mental health needs of clients, followed by the development of individualized treatment plans tailored to those needs.

• Facilitate evidence-based therapy sessions for individuals, groups, and families, using a variety of therapeutic modalities to effectively address an array of mental health concerns.

• Collaborate closely with case managers, psychiatrists, and other healthcare professionals to provide coordinated and integrated care, ensuring that all aspects of client well-being are addressed.

• Implement crisis intervention strategies for clients experiencing acute distress or emergencies, utilizing your expertise and empathetic approach to support individuals in need.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
