Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to understand clients' mental health challenges, strengths, and available resources.

• Utilize a variety of evidence-based treatment modalities, such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Trauma-Focused Therapy, to provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions.

• Develop and implement customized treatment plans with measurable goals that align with each client's specific needs.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals, to create and execute comprehensive care plans.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions, offering psychoeducation and creating a supportive environment for peer interaction.

• Offer crisis intervention and risk assessments, ensuring safety planning is in place for clients needing immediate support.

• Document all client interactions and treatment progress promptly and consistently, adhering to ethical and legal standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on individuals undergoing detox from substances. These clients may face co-occurring mental health issues and substance use disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

Compensation and Benefits\n
