Job Description

Responsible for investigating and providing a recommended resolution to consumer report disputes. Disputes can be received directly from the customer or from a consumer reporting agency. Responsible for ensuring proper application of and compliance with internal policies and procedures, as well as regulatory guidelines. Computer applications used include, but not limited to: ALS, Hogan, LeaseMaster, DebtManager, MSP, LDRS, Internet/Vendor web sites, case management applications.

Location expectations
This role requires working from a U.S. Bank location three (3) or more days per week.

Basic Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
- Two to four years of experience in administrative support activities

- Ability to develop comprehensive knowledge of the applicable operational area, the product and services, applicable laws and regulations, and an understanding of applicable system(s) functionality
- Demonstrated administrative skills and acute attention to detail
- Strong verbal and written communication skills

- Ability to collect and organize information
- Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $20.00 - $26.39
