We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional customer support through timely communication, accurate order processing, and proactive problem-solving. This role serves as a key liaison between customers and internal departments, ensuring a seamless customer experience from quote and order entry through shipment and post-sale support. Apply now!

What You Will Do:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels, providing professional and timely support regarding products, orders, shipments, billing, and account-related questions
• Process customer quotes, orders, returns, and account requests accurately within ERP, CRM, and e-commerce platforms while maintaining data integrity
• Coordinate order status updates, shipment tracking, production schedules, and delivery communications to keep customers informed throughout the order lifecycle
• Investigate and resolve customer concerns, shipping exceptions, and service issues in a timely and customer-focused manner
• Support customer documentation requests, including Certificates of Analysis (COAs), Safety Data Sheets (SDSs), and other required records
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Shipping, Accounting, and other internal teams to ensure customer needs are met and issues are resolved efficiently
• Maintain detailed customer records, prepare reports, and contribute to continuous improvement efforts that enhance customer satisfaction and operational effectiveness

What You Will Need to Be Successful:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous customer service experience and experience in manufacturing, distribution, industrial, or business-to-business (B2B) environments preferred
• Experience using ERP and CRM systems preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong customer service and relationship-building abilities
• Proven problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills with the ability to work independently or collaboratively in a team environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, and Word
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, a high attention to detail, and a commitment to accuracy
