Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Radiant Path Wellness & Counseling, your responsibilities will include:

• Implementing various therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), to meet individual client needs.

• Maintaining accurate clinical documentation to ensure compliance with HIPAA and other regulatory standards, facilitating effective communication among the treatment team.

• Collaborating with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals for comprehensive patient care and support.

• Engaging in case consultations and peer review meetings, enhancing the overall quality of care through shared insights and learning.

• Providing education and guidance for clients and their families on mental health issues, treatment options, and available community resources.

• Staying informed about new trends and research in mental health, integrating this knowledge into your practice to ensure the best outcomes for your clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your patient focus will encompass a diverse group of individuals dealing with various mental health challenges. This includes anxiety, depression, trauma, and other psychological conditions commonly observed in community mental health settings. By applying a holistic and client-centered approach, you will help empower patients to achieve their treatment goals and improve their overall quality of life.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• A valid license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of New York.

• A minimum of three (3) years of experience in a clinical setting focused on providing psychotherapy services.

• Strong knowledge of solution-focused psychotherapy interventions and trauma-informed care techniques.

Compensation and Benefits\n
