Strong work ethic. Must be self-motivated with initiative and a drive to complete and deliver excellent work product/service. Team player, cooperative, with the demonstrated ability to quickly find common ground and resolve problems. Dedication and commitment to complete all assignments/tasks, even when faced with resistance and setbacks. Good oral and written communication and people skills.
