Registered Nurse - ICU

Role: The Registered Nurse assesses, manages, and provides direct nursing care in the Intensive Care Units, coordinating planning with the healthcare team to ensure patient-centered care. Responsibilities: Conducts comprehensive assessments, develops and evaluates individualized care plans, administers medications, monitors patient conditions, provides education, and documents all care activities. Ensures effective communication, collaborates with team members, and recognizes changes in patient status for timely intervention. Provides specialized care such as restraint management, pain control, and abuse assessments, while adhering to safety and infection control protocols. Qualifications & Skills: Must be a licensed RN with a minimum of one year of experience. Proficiency in clinical skills, documentation, patient communication, and teamwork is essential. Demonstrates accountability, adaptability, and professionalism, with knowledge of infection control, safety practices, and age-specific care. Key Duties: Ensuring high-quality, compassionate care, maintaining safety standards, participating in performance improvement initiatives, and fostering teamwork.
