As a Physical Therapy Assistant, you will play a vital role in the delivery of high-quality rehabilitation services to our residents. About the Role: As a Physical Therapy Assistant at Mohawk Meadows Rehab and Nursing Center, you will work alongside our experienced physical therapists to provide individualized and effective physical therapy interventions to our residents. You will be responsible for assisting with the development and implementation of treatment plans, conducting physical therapy treatments, and maintaining accurate records of resident progress.
