Position Summary: PROFLEX Products is seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Technical Representative to support customers, distributors, contractors, architects, and sales teams throughout Florida. This position is responsible for providing technical product support, jobsite assistance, product demonstrations, training, and installation guidance for PROFLEX flooring and tile installation systems. The ideal candidate has experience in the tile, flooring, construction, or building materials industry and possesses strong communication, troubleshooting, and relationship-building skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide on-site technical support and troubleshooting for PROFLEX products and installation systems.
• Conduct product demonstrations, contractor trainings, lunch-and-learns, and educational seminars.
• Assist distributors, contractors, architects, and end users with product selection and application recommendations.
• Support the sales team by helping develop specifications and resolving technical concerns.
• Visit jobsites to inspect installations and recommend corrective actions when necessary.
• Prepare written field reports and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and jobsite visits.
• Coordinate with internal departments including sales, customer service, product development, and marketing.
• Stay current on industry standards, installation methods, and competitive products.
• Attend trade shows, industry events, and customer meetings as needed.
• Help drive product awareness and market growth throughout the Florida territory.
