Our client, a dynamic organization in the human resources sector, is seeking a Human Resources Administrative Assistant to join their team. As a Human Resources Administrative Assistant, you will be part of the HR department supporting various initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to confidentiality, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Sikeston, MO

What's the Job?

• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases with accurate information.
• Assist with recruitment processes including posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes for employees.
• Prepare HR documents such as employment contracts, new hire guides, and policy updates.
• Respond to internal and external HR-related inquiries or requests and provide assistance.

What's Needed?

• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
• Proven experience as an HR assistant, administrative assistant, or relevant role.
• Familiarity with HR software (e.g., HRIS or HRMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
