Primary Purpose of the Position Provides technical support to North & Central America as directed. Essential Responsible Areas Improvement of existing modelling and visualizations for management reporting Forecasting and variance analysis support Scenario analysis based on market conditions for business decision support Participate in process improvement activities and standardization of reporting Supports GBS and Procurement related to transactions/contracts Produces standard reporting packages and provides support to core business partners. Maintains a working relationship with accounting team to understand monthly reporting and support accurate financial results. Professional & Education Qualification Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field required Job related experience for 2 years preferred Skills Analytical capabilities Excel and Powerpoint proficiency Variance analysis Forecasting and scenario analysis Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and communicate complex ideas or concepts Knowledge Finance, accounting, and budgeting Essbase and JDE experience a plus Expected Hiring Salary Range: $66,700 - $88,160 (Salary to be determined by the applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.) Hybrid On-Site Work Environment: Based in Colorado, this position requires regular in-person engagement by working on-site for three (3) or more work days per work week (with core collaboration days of Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday).
