Client Services Manager - GrowthTatari is on a mission to revolutionize TV advertising. We work with some of your favorite disruptor brands—like Calm, Vuori, Rocket Money, and hundreds more—to grow their business using linear and streaming TV ads. Our platform combines sophisticated media buying with proprietary analytics to turn TV advertising into an automated, digital-like experience. Our technology and services are pushing the industry forward, enabling businesses of any size to advertise on TV.Tatari is growing and we're looking for a Client Services Manager to join our Growth team! We're looking for a strategic, client-facing leader to join our Growth team and help drive performance for a portfolio of SMB clients investing in TV and CTV. In this role, you'll own post-sales relationships and campaign execution end-to-end, acting as a trusted advisor to your clients. You'll guide them through their TV journey—translating performance data into clear insights, identifying opportunities to scale, and delivering measurable business outcomes.Responsibilities:Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for SMB client accountsExecute hands-on media planning, campaign execution, and optimization across Linear and Streaming TVTranslate client goals into performance-driven strategies focused on CPA, CAC, and ROASIdentify client needs and surface opportunities to improve performanceBuild expertise in Tatari's platform (buying, reporting, measurement) and collaborate with internal teams to support executionGuide clients through campaign setup, optimization, and reporting—providing education and platform trainingParticipate in client meetings and contribute to performance discussionsBuild strong day-to-day relationships with client stakeholdersQualifications:Bachelor's degree from a four-year institution, preferably in Business, Economics, Statistics, or Data Analytics2+ years of experience in post-sales account management or client services, with exposure to senior stakeholders and C-level interactions1–2 years of experience buying, trading, or managing campaigns within digital or programmatic platforms (e.g., DSPs)Experience supporting performance-driven clients (brands and/or agencies), with a focus on optimizing toward CPA, CAC, and ROASSolid understanding of the streaming TV landscape (linear TV knowledge is a plus)Ability to clearly communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiencesStrong presentation and listening skills, with a high level of preparation and attention to detailComfortable engaging with a range of stakeholders—from engineers to marketing leaders—with a collaborative, problem-solving mindsetHighly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesCuriosity and desire to learn, with particular emphasis for AIBenefits:Total compensation ($80,000-$110,000/Annually)Equity compensationHealth insurance coverage for you and your dependentsUnlimited PTO and sick daysSnacks, drinks, and catered lunches at the officeTeam building events$1,000 annual continued education benefit$500 WFH reimbursementMonthly lifestyle spending reimbursementsFSA and commuter benefitsMonthly Company Wellness Day OffHybrid RTO of 2 days per week.
