Operations CoordinatorSaber Power Services, LLC, (SPS) located in Houston, TX is a nationally recognized full service, EPC, specialty engineering, procurement, construction and NETA testing and commissioning company specializing in complex medium and high voltage electrical infrastructure in North America.Saber Power Services is seeking a professional, dedicated individual with a positive outlook for an Operations Coordinator position.JOB SUMMARY:Working under the supervision of the Operations Manager/Supervisor, the Operations Coordinator will be responsible for assisting the Field Service management team with timekeeping, asset management, administrative functions and improving processes/procedures.The Operations Coordinator will provide a variety of technical, general and clerical administrative services. The incumbent will be required to both take direction and work intuitively to support the completion of the department's goals and objectives in a professionally and culturally appropriate manner.The Operations Coordinator must also possess a solid knowledge of privacy record keeping laws, and have the integrity and discipline needed to ethically oversee and effectively maintain the confidentiality of vital records.Job Duties and ResponsibilitiesTime & Resource Management Reconcile technician billable time based on schedules and customer time sheetsSchedule technicians to projects based on scope and qualificationsManage all client time & equipment systems (i.e., TRACK, AES, CCM, CAMPS, MESCH, etc.) Daily allocation of time for nesters and special projectsDaily allocation of equipment and materialsSubmission of exception reports to settle discrepancies between software and timesheetsSubmission of technician rosters, equipment, and materials to client before projects to make them available for allocationWork with project controls team to ensure timely invoicingMaintain fleet allocations in SalesforceAssist with asset management Coordinate with Asset Supervisor to find the most cost-effective way to assign equipment to projects (Saber-owned or rentals)Coordinate with Asset Team to make sure rentals are returned on timeAdministrative Tasks Review overhead costs with Operations Manager/Supervisor to ensure alignment with budgetMaintain office supplies and arrange facility upkeepExpense reporting consolidation and reviewTechnical report consolidationAll other tasks as assigned by managerRequirementsBachelor's degree preferred3+ years of hands-on administrative support experienceProficiency in Microsoft OfficeExcellent communication skills – written and verbalAbility to prioritize and strong problem-solving skillsMust have the ability to multi-task in a fast paced and deadline driven environment.Must be able to always maintain professionalism and a positive attitude.SAFETY:Safety is priority number one with our organization.
