This is a hybrid role based out of our San Jose, CA office, requiring you to work on-site three days a week Tuesday-Thursday. In this position, you will report directly to the Sr. Director, People Business Partner in the People & Culture (P&C) organization. In this highly strategic and collaborative role, you will partner directly with our Americas Sales - Go-To-Market (GTM) organization to drive organizational scaling, navigate complex employee relations, and execute business strategy.
