UASI is hiring an HCC Documentation Specialist to support coding accuracy, HCC capture, and compliance in a fully remote capacity. The candidate will review records from outpatient and related inpatient encounters, utilize Epic/OPAs, and monitor CDI outcomes to drive program goals.
