Hubspot Systems & Integration Specialist

Role Description
We're looking for a HubSpot Systems & Integration Specialist to serve as the trusted partner to our Director of Operations. In this hands-on technical role, you'll design, build, and optimize the HubSpot ecosystem that powers our internal operations and client success.
This is more than a traditional HubSpot administration role. You'll architect workflows, develop integrations, support custom coding, and leverage AI-assisted development tools to build scalable solutions that improve efficiency, enhance data integrity, and support business growth.

Qualifications
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience administering and optimizing HubSpot.
- Current HubSpot certification in Settings, Administration, Reporting, or a related certification.
- Extensive experience with HubSpot Service Hub Professional or Enterprise, including ticket automation, SLAs, workflows, and pipeline management.
- Strong understanding of HubSpot architecture, including objects, properties, associations, pipelines, permissions, and reporting.
- Proven experience building advanced multi-branch workflows and automation.
- Experience building or supporting integrations between HubSpot and third-party platforms.
- Familiarity with APIs, webhooks, and custom code actions within HubSpot.
- Experience with JavaScript, Node.js, Python, or similar scripting languages is highly preferred.
- Willingness to leverage AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code.
- Proficiency with HubSpot, Slack, Loom, and project management platforms.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced remote environment.
Requirements
- Experience with HubSpot custom code actions and advanced integrations.
- Experience working with automation platforms such as Make, Zapier, or n8n.
- Experience creating executive dashboards and operational reporting.
- Familiarity with CRM data architecture and API integrations.
- Passion for building scalable systems and continuously improving operational processes.
