GTM Systems Analyst

Owning the daily maintenance and configuration of interconnected systems, the full-time GTM Systems Analyst will ensure the health of core GTM platforms, manage data flows, and enforce data governance practices while working remotely. Key responsibilities Manage configuration, user permissions, and workflow automation across CRM systems to reflect team operations Maintain clean data flows and integration between GTM tools, ensuring reliable signal transmission Enforce data quality standards and collaborate with teams to build a credible infrastructure for revenue reporting Required qualifications Advanced proficiency in CRM administration with Salesforce or HubSpot certification preferred Experience connecting marketing automation, CRM, and revenue intelligence tools 2-4 years in a RevOps, Marketing Ops, or Sales Ops systems role, ideally in a B2B SaaS environment Strong analytical skills for diagnosing data discrepancies and presenting findings Instinctive troubleshooting ability with a proactive approach to problem-solving
