Logistics & Supply Chain Management Specialist for AI Training [Remote]

Apply your logistics expertise to help improve how AI systems understand real-world supply chain documents, workflows, and operational decisions. This remote contractor role focuses on reviewing and creating high-quality logistics materials that reflect industry standards and practical supply chain challenges. Key Responsibilities

• Review, analyze, and provide input on packing lists, bills of lading, and inventory registers for authenticity, accuracy, and industry compliance.
• Create and annotate sample logistics documentation that demonstrates supply chain management best practices.
• Evaluate existing supply chain workflows and recommend improvements based on professional experience.
• Provide detailed feedback on logistics scenarios, with attention to document structure and process optimization.
• Work with project teams to clarify requirements and explain complex logistics concepts clearly.
• Support quality assurance by validating the relevance and correctness of supply chain data sets.
• Contribute training materials and resources that reflect industry standards and nuanced supply chain issues.

• At least 3 years of hands-on experience in logistics and supply chain management, including packing lists, bills of lading, and inventory registers.
• Strong knowledge of logistics workflows, documentation, and global supply chain operations.
• Clear English communication skills, including the ability to explain complex technical concepts.
• Excellent attention to detail when reviewing and creating supply chain documentation.
• Analytical skills and experience identifying process improvements in a logistics environment.
• A master''s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field is preferred.
• Comfort working independently in a remote, collaborative environment while delivering timely, high-quality work.
