As an Entry Level Recruiter/Administrator, you will be responsible for supporting our growth efforts. We will give you hands on training and offer a collaborative work environment. Responsibilities Maintain and develop pipeline of eligible candidates for future open positions Conduct interviews via phone or in-person Qualify or reject candidates based on interview feedback and resume reviews Serve as contact person for questions from candidates Meet weekly quotas related to calls and emails Onboarding: orientation, data entry, and additional systems Daily recruiting funnel analytics Troubleshooting Basic HR communication and systems Qualifications Bachelor's degree Effective communication skills Strong organizational and interpersonal skills Experience working with Microsoft Office suite High-energy and passion Demonstrated ability to meet quotas Part-time position; opportunity to move to full-time Hours: Monday-Friday 8:00-12:00 Pay: $15 to start + room for growth, bonuses, and incentives Hybrid work-style #J-18808-Ljbffr
