Talent Acquisition Recruiter

Location: Hybrid - Canton or Merriweather (3 days/month onsite) Candidates must be located in the DMV area Key Responsibilities Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from intake through offer acceptance. Partner with hiring managers to develop recruiting strategies and provide hiring guidance. Source passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms. Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs. Coordinate interviews, recruitment events, and hiring activities. Represent the organization at job fairs and networking events. Ensure compliance with recruiting policies and employment laws. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a high-volume environment supporting mid- to senior-level positions. Experience recruiting within healthcare, health insurance, managed care, or hospital environments . Strong sourcing experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools. Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as ADP, Taleo, or Greenhouse. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
