About the Role
The Company is in search of a Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) to play a pivotal role in the organization's evolution. This senior executive will be tasked with redefining and implementing a people strategy that aligns with the company's values of excellence, compassion, and purpose. The CHRO will be a key member of the executive leadership team, contributing to the shaping of enterprise strategy through workforce planning, leadership development, and fostering a culture of engagement and effectiveness. The role demands a leader who can anticipate future talent needs, strengthen leadership pipelines, and ensure that the workforce is equipped to support the company's growth, innovation, and evolving care models.
