Pediatrics & PICU Nurse Manager - Lead & Mentor Team

The HealthCare Initiative is partnering with a nonprofit community hospital in the Southwest to recruit a Peds/PICU Nurse Manager for Women’s & Children’s Services. This leadership role oversees a 33-bed Pediatric Med/Surg Unit and a 12-bed PICU, guiding clinical staff and shaping family-centered care across both units. Reporting to the Director of Women’s & Children’s Services, you will mentor staff, manage scheduling and performance reviews, and contribute to a culture of integrity, #J-18808-Ljbffr The HealthCare Initiative
