Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Facilitating therapy sessions with couples and families, both together and individually, to address various issues affecting their relationships and overall functioning.

• Evaluating clients' mental health, developing treatment plans, and implementing evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to their individual needs.

• Providing support for a range of challenges, such as alcohol abuse, emotional and psychological distress, grief and loss, conflicts among family members, and preparing families for transitions like separation or divorce.

• Utilizing clinical tools and methodologies to track progress, assess outcomes, and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure the highest quality of care.

• Engaging in ongoing professional development to remain current with best practices in therapeutic modalities and to enhance your skills in delivering effective treatment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The Family Centered Counseling Center primarily serves a diverse range of clients, including adults, children, and adolescents. Clients may present with a variety of concerns, from managing stress and emotional conflicts to overcoming complex family dynamics and addressing mental health disorders. Qualifications\n

To be successful in this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:
