We are looking for a Manager to join our Occupancy Planning and Management teamWhat this job involves:Day-to-Day Team LeadershipYou will oversee a team within our Occupancy Planning & Management work group, assigning tasks, maintaining schedules, and ensuring work is performed according to established procedures and quality standards. Your focus will be on daily operations while supporting your team members' development and performance.Delivering Client SolutionsWork closely with your Account Director to deliver JLL's Occupancy Planning & Management products, solutions, and tools. You'll apply your knowledge of our processes and policies to guide your team in supporting real estate clients with space planning, portfolio management, and move coordination.Building RelationshipsFoster productive working relationships within your immediate team and with other work groups. You'll communicate effectively with functional peer groups and support coordination among various JLL teams to ensure successful outcomes for clients.Managing Spaces and DataOversee the preparation and accuracy of project status reports, seat demand tracking, space capacity analysis, and inventory forecasting. Ensure your team maintains attention to detail in floorplan reviews, spatial planning, and migration plans.Problem Solving and GuidanceResolve operational problems as they arise within your team, working within established policies and procedures. Escalate more complex issues as appropriate while providing day-to-day guidance to your direct reports.Reporting and CommunicationCreate clear, accurate planning reports to support Corporate Real Estate decision-making. Present information in a professional manner to your team, manager, and client contacts, ensuring everyone understands progress, challenges, and next steps.Sounds like you?
