Описание: IT компания MA - крупнейший провайдер данных о товарах и ценах для федеральных розничных сетей. Область экспертизы - управление массовым персоналом и обработка больших массивов данных. Компания основана в 2012 году, резидент Сколково, аккредитована в Минцифры. Отдел полевого сбора данных отвечает за то, чтобы данные по клиентским проектам собирались вовремя и в полном объеме. Мы в поисках сотрудника, который возьмет на себя задачи по коммуникации и поддержке пользователей. Задачи: Ежедневная обработка чатов на рекрутинговых площадках (Авито, HH.ru и другие): просматривать входящие заявки, отвечать на вопросы, назначать звонки Ежедневный обзвон зарегистрированных пользователей по базе компании: первичные интервью по скрипту, актуализация статуса Внесение результатов звонков и переписок в базу данных: статусы, комментарии Отслеживание сроков по всей воронке: не допускать «зависших» лидов, вовремя возвращаться к пользователям Работа по регламентам: скрипты, шаблоны ответов, SLA по скорости реакции Требования: Опыт работы менеджером в чатах поддержки клиентов / техподдержке или опыт холодных звонков/телемаркетинга/рекрутмента Уверенная телефонная и письменная коммуникация (грамотность — обязательно) Домашний офис: ноутбук/ПК, стабильный интернет, гарнитура, спокойное место для звонков Базовое владение Excel/Google Sheets, дисциплина в фиксации данных Готовность работать по скриптам и KPI, корректно отрабатывать возражения Будет плюсом: Опыт работы с Avito и/или с любыми job-площадками Условия: Работа в стабильной IT компании (есть аккредитация Минцифры) с технологичными продуктами и крупными заказчиками.
