Client Support Specialist

*US Applicants only* Location: Greater Chicago Area - Flexible work options Schedule: Must be available Tuesday -Saturday, and holidays. The Support role draws on a broad skill set to meet and exceed daily challenges. Key responsibilities include resolving daily tickets and tasks, proactively following up with internal and external personnel, and continuously expanding industry knowledge. The ideal candidate brings at least two years of experience with the technologies listed below, whether gained through self-teaching, a degree (BS or BA), or a boot camp.
