Litigation Attorney - AM LAW 100

We are working with an A M LAW top 100 ranked law firm , who are actively looking to hire a talented and experienced attorney to join it's Class Action group in Houston . This role suits a skilled litigator with a strong command of complex litigation procedure and drafting. Responsibilities Drafting comprehensive briefs, motions, and legal memoranda. Reviewing and drafting discovery responses. Analyzing discovery materials to inform case strategy and motion practice. Preparing detailed deposition outlines. Qualifications Minimum of 5 years of litigation experience. Juris Doctor (JD) from a leading nationally ranked law school. Must be admitted to practice in Texas. Demonstrated expertise in drafting critical litigation documents, including motions to dismiss, written discovery, and summary judgment motions. Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interface effectively with clients and third parties. Ability to manage competing demands and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment. High attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality, accurate work product.
