What You'll Do

As a senior leader within the tax practice, you'll play a key role in both client advisory and firm leadership.

Responsibilities include:

• Review and oversee complex individual, business, trust, and estate tax returns
• Deliver proactive tax planning for business owners and high-net-worth clients
• Collaborate with wealth advisors and accounting professionals to provide integrated client solutions
• Mentor, coach, and develop tax professionals across the firm
• Serve as a trusted advisor on complex tax matters
• Help build processes, improve efficiencies, and contribute to the continued growth of the practice
• Participate in business development through referrals, networking, and client relationships
• Stay current on tax legislation and planning opportunities

Qualifications

• CPA or EA required
• 10+ years of progressive public accounting tax experience
• Strong technical expertise in tax planning and review
• Experience with individual, partnership, S-Corporation, C-Corporation, trust, and estate taxation
• Leadership experience mentoring staff and managing client relationships
• Business development experience is helpful but not required
