Your impact

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems to deliver safe, efficient, and reliable operation; provide light commercial support when needed.
• Clean and calibrate components including air handlers, duct systems, registers, and condensate drains.
• Handle preventative maintenance and urgent service calls while following safety and industry standards.
• Perform inspections, adjustments, and component upgrades; keep meticulous service records.
• Educate homeowners on findings and present options that align with their needs and budget.
• Maintain tidy work areas, vehicles, and toolkits.

What sets you up for success

• Minimum 2 years of HVAC service experience with strong residential background.
• EPA certification.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving history.
• TDLR credential (Texas).
• Exceptional troubleshooting, analytical thinking, and problem resolution skills.
• Customer-centric communicator with professional demeanor at every level.
• Team-oriented, flexible, and inventive—thriving in change.

Physical requirements

• Frequently lift 50 lbs; occasionally up to 100 lbs.
• Climb ladders; work in attics and crawlspaces; maneuver in confined areas; push/pull/carry; use hand tools; perform precise, detailed work.
• Drive regularly to customer locations.
• Function in indoor/outdoor environments, including temperature extremes and inclement weather.
• Stand, walk, sit; communicate in person and by phone; handle and reach for tools and controls.
• Regular stooping, kneeling, bending, and crouching.
