Our two-year, rotational Contracts Leadership Development Program (CLDP) provides challenging opportunities via short-term work assignments across the enterprise as you move to locations around the U.S.A. The program is intended for internal RTX interns/co‑ops, and external entry level professionals looking to create value and grow their career at RTX. Candidates must be willing to relocate anywhere in the U.S. and be flexible for travel. What You Will Do Rotation roles and responsibilities will vary and align with one or more of the following areas: Acquisition Policy, Contract Change Management, Stakeholder Relations, Deal Formation, Government and Commercial Contracting, and Negotiations. Stretch capabilities and enhance learning with frontline, hands‑on assignments. Relocate to different RTX cities/states during the program to broaden exposure to the business and develop leadership and functional skills. Qualifications You Must Have Willing and able to move anywhere in the United States. Bachelor’s degree in business, International Studies, Political Science, or another related discipline. Relevant internship or co‑op or work experience. Demonstrated leadership, teamwork, communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills. Qualifications We Prefer Experience leading or coordinating projects or teams. Cross‑functional internship or project work. Evidence of analytical or data‑driven work. Salary & Benefits The salary range for this role is $59,000 USD - $139,000 USD. Benefits are dependent on business unit and bargaining agreement.
