Grand Rapids, MI
Full-Time | Monday–Friday
Base Salary + Uncapped Commission + Bonuses
The Ben Charney Agency is looking for a motivated Agent in Training to join our growing Grand Rapids team. If you’re driven, coachable, and enjoy working with people, we’ll provide the training and support to help you build a successful insurance career.
No insurance experience is required.
What You’ll DoBuild relationships with new and existing clients
Connect with prospects through leads, referrals, and outbound calls
Prepare quotes and recommend insurance solutions based on each client’s needs
Educate customers on Auto, Home, Life, Business, and Specialty Insurance
Follow up consistently and work toward individual and agency sales goals
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
A positive attitude and willingness to be coached
Self-motivation, dependability, and consistent follow-up
Sales or customer service experience is preferred but not required
A current Property and Casualty Insurance License or willingness to obtain one
Competitive base salary with uncapped commission and bonuses
Paid training, mentorship, and ongoing sales coaching
Monday–Friday schedule with evenings and weekends off
Professional development through the University of Farmers
