Previous insurance experience is helpful, but we're also open to candidates from sales, banking, automotive, retail, hospitality, healthcare, and other customer-facing backgrounds who are ready to learn.

This is a sales-focused position with base pay plus uncapped commission , giving you the opportunity to increase your income as your skills and production grow.

What You'll Be Doing

• Connect with prospective customers through agency leads, referrals, phone calls, email, and follow-up

• Ask questions to understand each customer's needs, priorities, and current coverage

• Prepare quotes and recommend Auto, Home, Life, Business, and other insurance products

• Educate customers on coverage options and help them make informed decisions

• Consistently follow up with prospects and manage your sales pipeline

• Build relationships that lead to long-term clients, referrals, and additional opportunities

• Identify coverage gaps and cross-selling opportunities within existing households

• Work toward individual and agency sales goals

• Track activity and customer communication through the agency CRM

• Participate in ongoing sales coaching, product education, and professional development

Qualifications

• Previous sales, insurance, banking, automotive, retail, hospitality, healthcare, or other customer-facing experience preferred

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• Comfortable working in a goal-oriented sales environment

• Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health license preferred, or willingness to obtain licensing

• Reliable, organized, and self-motivated

• Bilingual applicants are encouraged to apply
