Title: Project Coordinator
Location: Farmingdale, NY
Pay: $20/hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Type: Temp-to-Perm
About the Role:
As a Project Coordinator, you will provide administrative support to Sales Managers and coordinate deliveries with construction project managers, ensuring projects run smoothly from order to delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Assist outside Sales Managers with setting up accounts and providing spreadsheets with product information.
- Enter orders accurately into the point-of-sale system and track completion through scheduled delivery.
- Order products for each construction project and schedule deliveries to job sites.
- Coordinate project schedules and assist in resolving issues as they arise.
- Monitor workflow, evaluate project progress, and report status to the Operations Management Team.
Requirements
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Experience in customer service and data entry.
