Education Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent allied health field alongside ASCP/AMT certification preparation.

Certifications Required

• Obtain ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) within one year of employment.
• Maintain valid certification for the duration of employment.
