About this Opportunity We are seeking a highly skilled Operation Specialist – AI to design, develop, and implement AI‑powered solutions that address complex business challenges. The ideal candidate will combine strong engineering fundamentals with expertise in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and data‑driven problem‑solving. What You Will Do Design and develop AI models, algorithms, and systems to solve business and technical problems. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate AI into existing products and workflows. Analyze large datasets to identify patterns, trends, and actionable insights. Optimize AI models for performance, scalability, and accuracy. Research emerging AI techniques and technologies to keep the company at the forefront of innovation. Conduct experiments and evaluations to validate AI solutions. Document processes, workflows, and architectures for clarity and reproducibility. Design, develop, and optimize AI/ML model use cases such as anomaly detection, predictive maintenance, and root‑cause analysis. Specialize in troubleshooting and operating AI‑driven chatbots and conversational agents. Design, build, and operate a digital twin to reproduce incidents, run closed‑loop simulations, and validate chatbot decisioning and automation before production rollout. The Skills You Bring Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Data Science, or a related field. 3+ years of experience applying ML/AI to production systems. Prior experience working with telecom vendors or operators (e.g., Ericsson, Nokia, Huawei, Cisco) or on productized telecom solutions is a plus. Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++. Experience with machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit‑learn). Knowledge of deep learning, natural language processing, computer vision, and reinforcement learning concepts. Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation. Strong understanding of engineering principles and the software development lifecycle. Experience deploying ML models in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) and with containerization/orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes). Strong problem‑solving, communication, and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
